Double bed hard at that very noisey bathroom very outdated
Very competitive rate. Suggest that milk be offered at time of checkin.
Either have milk in the room or offer it when checking in.
our stay in this motel was only for one night, there were no tea towels to dry a cup, had to sit kettle on top of t.v to boil, heaps of ants. couldnt imagine staying there again
No milk supplied to the room for coffee & used soap in bathroom
You can bypass all the traffic lights to get there
Easy drive to anywhere in Townsville.
I liked the friendly staff and the fact that when after I got back to my room it was clean made me happy
Well I have to say I have no complaints it is a good motor in Better than a backpackers resort there beds where comforteble every thing was good if I ever have to travell to Townsville I would shorly stay at spanish lace motor inn and I would defnitly recommend spanish lace to other travellers and to my friends
Its proximity to main roads. It's clean with comfortable beds.
We were not compensated for our payment of booking to include kitchenette, We were given a room without kitchenette, The price should have been adjusted accordingly. Location of tv was too high.
friendly and helpful staff, good location, relaxed atmosphere, all basic amenities provided, and last but not least, pet friendly! Yay!!!
uncomfortable chairs outside the unit, those cheap plastic chairs would be much better :)
pretty much nothing ....did not resemble the notes found on your website .. we quite disappointed and will not be staying there again
see above note ... everything read previously did not match what we experienced, from rude owner manager to facilities offered ... like i said very disappointed for price paid ...
easy to find, easy to get into and park, great cost
The hospitality was fantastic and friendly. The room was awesome. Close to all areas.
Accommodating in all ways, we all enjoyed our stay and that is something to please 5 women
Could have had a hair dryer, we had our own
Freindy & quite
The initial staff member I met was helpful and considarate. The floor was cleaned daily considering I had todlers who are highly likely to make a mess.
There was no dustpan that can be used to clean up obvious dirt on the floor. Having kids, one who accidentally bed wet, it was a major concern for the staff which resulted in our comfort being jeopadised. The second night, our beds were changed. Thereafter, it was only the floor which was serviced. Third night someone came to drop a pair of sheets and a mackintosh. And our beds were not ever changed again. Neither were our towels changed. Last morning I had to look for a lady who was cleaning and asked for some clean towels. Soon after that, someone came to ask me how many people have been staying in the room. He had been informed that 5 people were, which was not true at all. I was also told that a man was seen sleeping in the bed by the lady who came to drop the sheets. This was not at all true. This was very unfair treatment and from all this, I can safely say I was discriminated and racially treated with no respect even though I did not stay at this place for free. It is imperative for staff to be informed on how to treat people with respect regardless of their cultural background or whether they bed wet whatsoever. My eperience at this place was very discriminatory and would appriciate if such matters are looked into so that this will not happen to other people.
